Workshop on wheels for Universal Transport

The Universal Transport headquarters in Paderborn can now proudly present a new addition to its fleet: a company-owned mobile workshop. Recently, it has been on the road to resolve minor repairs on trucks and semi-trailers of the heavy-duty logistics company.

This mobile workshop service will be able to offer the replacment of hydraulic hoses, tyres, correction of electrical faults and other small tasks. The mobile workshop will allow the drivers of Universal Transport to rest easy knowing that this specificly brought, purpose-built vehicle is available to support them in there time of need offering sufficient space for the required equipment.  To enure the best service for our valued drivers and customers, they can count on the mobile workshop within a radius of 150 km around Paderborn’s headquarter. This service can be widened to support our promise to delivering your goods on specific timeframes, maintaining the company’s promise.

“Universal Transport gains additional flexibility and a degree of independence from external service providers through its own mobile workshop,” says Frank Rakowski, who is responsible for the company’s fleet, about the new achievement.
