Logistics is coming home: Züst & Bachmeier moves to bayernhafen Nürnberg

The team at Züst & Bachmeier Project GmbH in Nuremberg has moved to its new premises. They are now located directly in the bayernhafen Nürnberg and near the trimodal heavy load logistics centre (SLZ) of the project logistics specialist, which has been part of the Universal Transport Group since 2016.

The move from the former city office to the freshly renovated premises in the administration building of Hafen-Nürnberg-Roth GmbH took place at the end of March under the theme “Logistics is coming home“. Modern office premises are now available to employees at this new location.

Z & B has moved closer to their own heavy load logistics centre known as the “SLZ” and are now right in the middle of one of the most important freight transport and logistics centres in Europe. This step supports the project to further strengthen and expand the future-oriented and environmentally friendly multimodal transport of the group of companies at the location. The SLZ heavy-duty logistics centre in the “bayernhafen Nürnberg” offers a direct connection to the modes of transport  by water, road and rail, heavy-duty outdoor storage areas and a permanently available 600 ton lifting system on a total area of ​​12,000 square meters.
