Expert relocation service for machines and plants
As one of the few companies in the logistics industry, GRUBER Logistics also offers relocation and assembly services in addition to the transport of machines and plants. The GRUBER “Industrial Relocation” team was founded in 2013 and covers the entire relocation process: from project start-up to transport logistics and commissioning. Our own team of specialists is ready to dismantle individual systems, complex product lines or entire locations at their previous location and reassemble them at the new location. Depending on the contract, storage or scrapping of the plants is also an option. Currently, our customers come from the automotive sector, mechanical engineering, and electrical engineering, among others.
Industry and plant relocation is taking place worldwide. For example, the GRUBER Industrial relocation team accompanied the relocation of several coating systems from Germany to China – including complete disassembly, sea packaging, transfer, reassembly, and support during commissioning. The complete package of transport services, dismantling and reassembly was also used for the relocation of medical systems from Germany via the USA to Mexico, which was supported by the GRUBER air freight specialists at the Hanover location – just to name a few recent projects.
“These extended services from a single source offer our customers additional planning security with less coordination challenges and are therefore in demand,” says Thomas Wolf, Executive Director of the “Industrial Relocation” business unit at GRUBER Montage.
Holger Dechant, board member of GRUBER Logistics, adds: “Our company is not only growing steadily in this area, and we are constantly looking for competent reinforcement of our team.”
For the “Industrial Relocation” business unit, there are currently vacancies for senior technicians and electricians (m/f/d) for the dismantling and reassembly of industrial plants at the Nuremberg location. Offering a lucrative income, we are also looking for new members in different areas, from business administration to professional drivers.
